Spinner of Secrets, Update Two

Woah.

I finally printed out draft nine on the 15th. 18,720 words long. *wipes brow*

(Then I emailed it to a couple friends and had an anxiety attack and didn’t do any writing for the rest of the day.)

Please don’t worry about the threatening note scrawled on the left hand page about killing off Tom. I have no intentions of killing off my friend Tom, just of killing off Thomas Miller, who is kind of a gross disgusting person and couldn’t even make me cry when I killed him off in the manuscript.
I’m not really doing much editing for the next couple of days, I want to let it settle and then I’ll read it over a couple times and see how the plot feels. Then, I think, I’ll be ready to tackle the technical revisions – grammar, dialogue, and so on – with my mother’s help. Thanks, Mommy. 🙂 I expect I shall poem instead. My head is feeling funny, the way it does before I have sudden urges to write poetry.
